This condo is our second home located on the 11th flr in the South Hampton high-rise, Kingston Plantation. Newly renovated bathrooms, bedrooms, and restyled throughout. *Please note that our guests DO NOT have access to the on-site water park, pools/pool decks at the Embassy Suites & Hilton Hotel nor the on-site fitness facility.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
