Regular flights are available at the Myrtle Beach International Airport(MYR); the specific address will be supplied 3 days prior to your stay.  Driving is also a great option. 

This private residence is located within the beautiful private gated beachfront community of Kingston Plantation. It is a 145-acre master planned community, nothing less than spectacular! Complete with 23-acres of freshwater lakes, surrounded by beautifully manicured grounds and above all only steps to the 1/2-mile of wide, white sandy beach.

During your stay, our guests will have access to multiple pools (one dedicated to the Margate building, located outdoor at the complex along with a hot tub, and a Kingston Plantation Master Association pool, Windemere by the Sea.

Right next door is an Embassy Suites Resort, guests are more than welcome to enjoy Starbucks or the newly completed Black Drum Brewery.  A short walk to the brewery with indoor and outdoor seating.  Outdoor seating welcomes you with many fire pits to grab a drink to relax, along with a large patio for your enjoyment.  Indoor or outdoor whatever you enjoy, allows for a beautiful view of the ocean. 

*Please note that our guests DO NOT have access to the on-site water park, pools/pool decks at the Embassy Suites & Hilton Hotel nor the on-site fitness facility. 

Vehicle is recommended to enjoy everything the area has to offer.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
